  • HOW DO I ACCESS THE STUDIO

    There are a set of codes to access the building, lift/stairwell and studio door.

    These codes are sent via confirmation email once you book.
    Please check your junk if it’s not in your main inbox.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO BOOK OVERTIME?

    You can drop us a message or email, these channels are always monitored.


    Overtime is automatically charged at £35ph. Clients will be charged overtime if leaving the studio later than 10 minutes past booked time.

    Note: Set up and set down time is included in your booking time.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

    Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to shoot are eligible for a full refund.

    Cancellations within 7 days are only eligible for a half refund.

    Cancellations within 48 hours or no shows will not receive a refund.

    If you wish you change the date of your booking,
    please email monierstudio@outlook.com at least 2 days prior to your shoot otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your request.

  • DOs & DONTs

    DO have fun and create some of your best work.

    DO feel free to use any of the equipment and studio props/furniture etc.

    DON’T remove any items from the studio.

    DON’T leave the studio a mess. Please respect that there may be a booking right after you.

  • POST SHOOT CHARGES

    As mentioned above, instances like overtime are charged automatically after booking.

    Additionally, any backdrops used and dirtied outside of the backdrops you selected at checkout, will also be charged automatically.
